Mark Knowles | Director
Mark Knowles | DirectorMark has been with the business since 1997 and has 28 years’ experience in repair and servicing of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment of all shapes and sizes.
Prior to this, Mark spent 11 years in heavy industry in the field of mechanical maintenance.
Shane Bartlett | Director since 2002
Shane Bartlett | Director since 2002Shane has over 31 years hydraulics experience and is passionate about creating solutions that work.
Shane brings a wide breadth of experience to Hydeng. He was state manager for multinational company, and Applications & Sales Engineer for multinational company before joining Hydeng.
Shane now specialises in custom engineering machines designed to specific client requirements.
Paul Needham | Sales Manager
Paul Needham | Sales ManagerPaul has been Sales Manager at Hydeng since 2014, and before then one of our Sales Reps from 2009.
With over 17 years hydraulic and pneumatic experience in sales and service, Paul has the knowledge to provide advice and solutions across hydraulic and pneumatics as well as an extensive contact and supplier network.
Prior to working at Hydeng Paul was employed in power industry maintenance.
Mathew Reeves | Workshop Manager
Mathew Reeves | Workshop ManagerMathew is the Workshop Manager and has been with Hydeng since 2015. With experience in hydraulics and pneumatics Mathew is keen to assist with any problems.
